How to Book

  • Contact the church mobile to discuss availability.

  • We will check the diary and confirm availability.

  • A letting agreement must be signed before access is given.

  • Setup and take down time should be included within your booking period.

  • All lettings are subject to the Church safeguarding policy.

  • Long-term leases require approval from the Church Council.

  • Activities should align with the values of the Church.

  • Reduced fees may be considered for community-focused organisations.

  • The Church Council reserves the final decision on all lettings.
